SMP series wet coal crusher
1、 Overview:
The SMP series wet coal crusher is mainly used for coarse, medium, and fine crushing of brittle materials with a water content of about 20%.
Such as coal, coal gangue, coke, limestone, etc; Its crushing method is the chopping type.
Relying on the high-speed rotation of the wear-resistant hammer head inside the crushing bin, the material is crushed.
The crushed material should be brittle, and the shape of the crushed material is mostly regular round balls. The compressive strength of the crushed material should not exceed 80MPa.
■ Crushing principle: Before entering the crushing bin, the crushed material first passes through a vibrating screen. Fine particles with high water content are screened out and directly enter the feeding system. The remaining large particles enter the crushing bin and are crushed by high-speed rotating crushing hammers.
At present, the vibrating screen mechanism of wet coal crushers on the market is mostly mixed with the crushing bin.
The crushing bin is the place where materials are crushed, and a huge amount of dust is generated during the crushing process. No matter how tight the sealing measures are, they cannot block the dust and solve the sealing problem of the eccentric shaft and shaft sleeve. Therefore, almost all manufacturers choose not to seal, allowing dust to freely erode. They only replace the eccentric shaft and shaft sleeve every 2-3 months to solve the wear problem.2、 Product performance:
The vibration mechanism is moved outside the crushing bin to isolate it from the crushing bin, and the eccentric shaft and shaft sleeve do not come into contact with dust, solving the problem of mixing the vibration mechanism and crushing bin together.
After testing, the lifespan has been increased by 3 times and the maintenance rate has decreased by 5 times.
